What is Bootcamp
A bootcamp session is an intense type of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that involves exercises like pushups, squats and burpees. Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short rests. You repeat this cycle multiple times throughout your workout, which helps boost your metabolism and burn more fat.
The main benefit of bootcamp is that they provide intense exercise in a short amount of time, which helps burn calories and increase energy levels throughout the day.
