Get the endorphins flowing and join us for a group fitness circuit before work on a Tuesday morning.

The circuit is catered to all fitness levels and abilities and every exercise is modifiable. Set-up on the undercover Practice Facilities so you can train rain, hail or shine!

TIME: 6.30am-7.15am
DATES: Starts April 18 (runs 6-weeks)
